- We come out to your property, at a time convenient to you.
- Our designer will measure your kitchen, and note any restricting features.
- He will then talk with you about your functional requirements and listen to any ideas you have on design and style.
- It is helpful at this time if you are able to give us an idea of your budget. This will aid us in tailoring the right package for you.
- Our designer will then leave your property. At no time will you be pressured to buy from us.
- You will then receive back from us a computer generated image of your new kitchen and a first estimate based on the kitchen style you discussed.
- If you find this estimate is broadly acceptable we then recommend you come into our office. We have a display area with a large range of component items (including cabinets, doors, worktops, handles and flooring). We will lead you through the process: you will be able to choose more precisely the individual components you are after. And we are here to help and guide you. Note: visits to our office are by appointment only.
- A more detailed estimate will then be prepared for you. You can change your design choices as many times as you wish.
- Once you are happy with your design, we will invite you back into our office for some final paperwork. A 50 % deposit is payable to kick start your order.
- Delivery of the kitchen will be at your convenience, but we usually work on a minimum lead time of 3 weeks. It’s always worth asking if you need anything sooner and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
- The final balance of payment is payable upon delivery.
- We are happy to recommend kitchen fitters, if required.
